Reservations and cancellations policy
Clients must pay 25% of the price of the services contracted by bank transfer to the confirmation of the reservation to the account number: ES51 1465 0100 9218 0038 3568 of ING DIRECT
indicating RESERVATION and the name of the applicant.
The rest of the payment will be made with the delivery of the keys in cash. In the case of reserving the house in full, the rest of the reservation will be made one week in advance by bank transfer.
Cancellation conditions for the Competa House
When the reservation is for groups, the conditions will be as follows:
When the house is fully or partially reserved, there is only the right to refund the amounts requested on account if it is done with a minimum of 45 days.
If the stay ends earlier than planned, or the agreed dates or the conditions in which the house is reserved are modified, there is no place to refund the amount paid.
When reservations are for individual accommodation
The amount of compensation to be paid by the client will be a maximum, the result of applying the following percentages to the amounts delivered by him as a reservation
a / 50% if the cancellation is made between 14 and 8 days prior to the scheduled day of entry.
b / 100% if the cancellation is made 7 days in advance of the day scheduled for entry.
When a credit card is requested and a signaling is not effective, the first night will be charged, if there is a cancellation 7 days before the date of entry.
Apartment occupancy period
The working day in the apartments will begin at 4pm on the first day of the contracted period, and will end at 12pm on the day indicated as the departure date. If the user has not left the apartment at the end of said period, the hiring and stay will be considered extended for the new day, and will generate the obligation to pay for it.
Conditions of use of the apartments
Groups under the age of 18 must travel accompanied by a responsible adult.
During the reservation the apartments reserve the right to require individual clients, especially groups, a deposit per person. When required, it must be paid upon delivery of the keys and in cash. The deposit will be returned in cash once the state or situation in which the accommodation has been left has been verified, and if appropriate, after deduction of any damages.
In case of damaging or dirtying the building or furniture, as well as losing the keys, it is the causer who pays for the damage caused. Payments of this type are made immediately and in cash (in the case of groups, it is responsible, if necessary, representing the organizer, who must advance the amount). Theft or intentional damage will be reported immediately to the police.
Whoever damages the building or inventory is liable to the law within the framework of current regulations.
At the time of handing over the keys, the staff of the apartments carry out a check in all the rooms.
The apartments do not assume any legal responsibility for luggage deposited in the corresponding apartment.
From 22.00 in all apartments the acoustic volume must be moderate. Also respect the night silence in public areas, hallways and on the stairs.
Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment.
Cleaning regime every 3 days change of towels and weekly change of sheets.
In case of violation of one or more of the conditions mentioned above, the apartments have the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract.
